What we mean by mind, body and self:
Everyone understands the importance of maintaining a healthy mind, but few are empowered by their thoughts. Your family, career, relationships, finances, etc. will improve immensely as you develop the ability to think with clarity and focus with intentionality on life situations.
Our body is the only package which we are given, and it must carry us through a life time; therefore, when you provide the nutrition it craves, incorporate energizing movements and practice appropriate rest, you’ll experience increased strength while slowing down the aging process.
Our self can mean many things but for context within this event, it is the seat of emotions, values and our intuition. We often need teaching or reminding on listening to our inner voice and tapping into our higher self. You’ll gain confidence in listening to yourself and the courage for acting on your gut instincts.

The Founder achieved great success and wants to share what has proven to work to help you develop an ability to manifest what you desire, remove obstacles blocking what you deserve, and offer a day indulging in self-care to allow you to recalibrate, rejuvenate and reenergize.
As we achieve greater results, sometimes it’s difficult to maintain balance while sustaining success. Through our Well-Being 1-Day Retreat we infuse the success practices of the West with wellness philosophies of the East to assist participants in following their true north.
There are a few practitioners whom you want to see and learn from, but there are so many choices. During Session 1 & 2 in the morning and Session 3 & 4 in the afternoon, you can go to the Coaches Corner and participate in collective coaching. This is where you can select two presenters who will give a 25-minute talk on their subject/topic which will allow you to participate in two mini-sessions within the hour.
Attendees select three out of six workshops to attend throughout the day. These sessions explore different philosophies on wellness and success with tips, tools and techniques to improve certain aspects of life that people desire to enhance through a body, mind and soul connection.
Key Note: Slowing it Down to Speed Things Up
Creating Space by Dr. Indigo
This is a transformational session drills down on the aspect of success, greatness and how to create your space, i.e. life to acquire what you desire. She will share with you various practical techniques such as how to effectively journal, the benefits of a vision board and a few other practices that she effectively uses to coach. She will help you to replace negative self-talk with affirmations and help you to ask yourself the tough questions; whereby, the answers are already within often buried under doubt, fear, and scepticism. She will pour into you to help you to have the courage to not only step into your greatness but to challenge yourself to move beyond your current state to practice self-knowledge, self-understanding, and self-acceptance which are key in self-love which is not selfishness but essential for self-care which allows self-management.
Panel of Experts and Practitioners
The opening panel discussion will examine sessions and topics of the day. It is a signature session with different questions and intriguing panellists. What our audience enjoys the most is that they participate in the dialogue through a voting device. We will explore the many ways people can experience balance, joy, prosperity, wellness, etc. through sustainable success and wellbeing practices unique to your own lifestyle, faith, beliefs, career, goals, etc. Through this fun and introspective session, you will start an exciting day exploring questions you have yet to ask yourself.
Closing Session: Living Your Truth for Stepping Into Your Greatness
Through fast paced and exciting activities you will thread together the mind, body and self-connection to create a transformative change. This is a main staple for all IYP events. Dr. Indigo will introduce different exercises and different discussions to thread together the day and challenge you to think about life situations covering many spectrums. This session is like viewing a kaleidoscope seeing how many pieces fit together to make a countless number of pictures. Through the immersion of sound, movement and practical exercises you will receive real world discussion and support. This will be your moment to step into your greatness and explore endless possibilities with no boundaries. And, you will end the day with an opportunity to stand in the Dr. Indigo circle of affirmation and kindness.

After 20 years of successfully running a US company, I discovered my purpose and I am now allowing my inner voice to direct my passion, which is transformational change. I help people to realize their purpose and attain true success. Yes…I’m an HR management and leadership guru, so I’m asked why not an HR conference. Quite simply: this is HR at an elevated level that I know works in achieving sustainable success and results both professionally and personally. This gives me a venue to share something others are unwilling or unable to share while offering a platform for practitioners who have a desire to impact lives.
Through a perfect storm I practiced resilience and has learned the true meaning of success, which I openly and humbly share with others. My gift is my life’s work of supporting people on various walks of life, researching and teaching on psychology principles blended with well-being practices for improved results and sharing my journey to demonstrate that we are all survivors and champions in one way or another.
I kept hearing “If not now, then when? If not you, then who? If not this, then what? If not here, then where?” These were all questions that tugged at my soul urging me to offer something that will teach others what has helped me in growing a multimillion-dollar business, becoming successful while remaining healthy and balanced. When the perfect storm pushed me from the US and pulled me into Asia, it was my foundation built on business savvy and wellness practices that supported and carried me.
My sincere desire is to support others in being prosperous, balanced and at peace which can be practiced and achieved daily. This event is offering my life’s work in hopes of helping people improve their everyday life, career, and relationships. This event will offer some of Asia’s top practitioners who are facilitating sessions that will be life changing for many. I’m bringing together two distinctly different aspects of life and blending them for a holistic approach through collaboration. I am providing a platform for corporate coaches and wellbeing consultants to share a space for growth and development. You will learn how to develop your own practices that can be tapped into personally and professionally on a daily basis.

Collective Coaching Circuit
You can meet with several different coaches to support you on your journey throughout the day. You can participate in group coaching sessions offered as Session: 3 & 6. This is our Collective Coaching Circuit. This activity is comprised of four coaches who will provide insight on a specific topic for a ½-hour session. You will select two different coaches to attend their session within a 1-hr time period. Once you experience the ½-hour session, coaches will be available on a first come first serve basis for 1-on-1 coaching or to chat with you. Embrace Your Inner Child With Self-Massages (B)
Massages are probably the easiest and most natural way of achieving and maintaining well-being. It is a wonderful way to encourage and restore balance on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Massages relax the body, soothes the mind and facilitates the flow of vital energy. In fact, we all instinctively rub our temples when we have a headache or stroke an upset stomach. Simply put, the act of touch is an essential part of well-being and causes a release of endorphins through the body. Hence, massage is a very useful tool in stress management. The mind and body are connected, and massage techniques relieve the body, and relax the mind. In this experiential session, you will learn simple, and effective, self-massage techniques for the areas where we typically accumulate tension, aches and pains: the lower back, head, neck and shoulders. They can be used at any time of the day – in the morning to jump-start your day, in the evening to unwind or at any time for a quick pick-me-up.

Balancing Your Chakras for Holistic Health (S)
Come join Holistic Practitioner Ashoka on an immersive coaching experience as he works on your Chakras! He’ll explain to you what Chakras are, why they are so important to holistic health, and how you can balance and heal your Chakras.
During these group coaching sessions, Ashoka will scan your Chakras in your energy field, inform you of the blocks he picks up, and guide you on the ways to correct the imbalance. He’ll also be giving you some personalized energy healing as he leads you on a guided meditation to balance, heal, and align your Chakras. The techniques you learn can also be incorporated into your own spiritual practice at home, work or on the go!

Session 1: Awaken the Senses While Stretching the Body – Evelyn Wong (B)
This movement stretch session integrates the finest essential oils, restorative ballet movement flow and breath work techniques to release the tension and stiffness of the bodies and increase flexibility in a gentle yet effective way. A must try for everyone who desires a therapeutic stretchy Perk-Me-Up.
This session blends aromatic essential oils to awaken the senses with unique movements to stimulate every part of your body. The movements she teaches are intriguing, as they are conscientious and deliberately gentle yet working the muscles and joints deeply. You will be amazed how small movements can lead to big changes in how your body responds, moves and feels! She will explain her methodology and take you on a journey of creating body awareness which will actually prevent injuries that can occur from standing, sitting and walking throughout the day. Be prepared to let go by allowing your senses to travel with the fragrance of oils that will fill the air while permitting your body to follow.
Session 2: Find Your Inner Balance With Singing Bowl Therapy – Mae White (S)
Learn how to develop and maintain balance in life with singing bowl therapy. Recharge and realign your energy with 10 minutes of breathing/relaxation exercises followed by a 30-minute singing bowl sound bath. The healing sounds and vibrations from a selection of hand-crafted hammered Tibetan singing bowls will leave you feeling recharged and rejuvenated. Q&A after the sound bath is available.
Session 4: Laughing Yoga: Happiness in an Instant, Fiona Lee (B)

We as human beings strive for perfect health and wholeness, constantly seeking for remedies and solutions. We insist on being healthy but instead, work gets in on our way and life stressors perpetually takes a toll on us. Thus, we often find ourselves getting stressed out, depressed, lacking sleep, drowning in negative thoughts and feeling isolated. Does this sound like you? Are you someone who wants to move on and bring more laughter and joy into your life? You are in the right place.
Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. As an exercise practice, it is sweeping the world, and it works as a complete well-being workout. Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise which combines laughter exercises and yogic breathing exercises which brings in more oxygen to the body and brain, allowing us to feel more energetic and healthier. It is initiated as a group exercise with plenty of eye contact and childlike playfulness, along with a perfect setting for authentic and contagious laughter. With ample opportunities for interaction and team building elements, it is a series of fun and creative workouts you will experience, learn and love with Fiona as your facilitator!

In today’s competitive environment, any display of vulnerability is a sign of weakness and incapability. There are tons of us going through emotional upheaval, suffering in silence, lurking in the corner, trailing in the shadow — unnoticed. We make up the majority of the population. Oprah Winfrey mentioned in a Harvard Commencement speech in 2013 that in her 25 years of interviews with over 35,000 personalities with leaders ranging from President Bush, Obama, Beyoncé and to housewives, every single one asked her “was that okay?” after the camera stop rolling. Evelyn Wong, Founder of The Graceful Swan
Evelyn Wong, as the Founder of The Graceful Swan, is the leading provider for ballet programmes in international schools in Singapore. She is best known and has received numerous accolades in coaching children in classical ballet and movement from over 24 countries, with some accepted into some of the best dance schools and universities in the US, Australia, Europe and South Africa.

Fiona Lee is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Certified Corporate Happiness Trainer by PMSB, and Certified Image Consultant. She founded the Joy & Laughter Wellness Centre movement with a mission to grow and build Malaysia into a nation of joy that values a healthy and harmonious living environment!
Fiona Lee had a personal experience; whereby, she suffered Tuberculosis (TB) and Depression a few years ago. She then joined Laughter Yoga and recovered from the sickness with the aid of both medication and Laughter Yoga. She believes everyone can achieve a healthy & happy life, look younger and stay fit when they combine laughter therapy with the concept of health and detox to refresh and activate our body’s self-healing systems to achieve a healthy body & mind. Mae White, Founder of MASE and Singing Bowl Practitioner
A creative at heart, Mae has always thrived on expressing herself using creative outlets such as art, music and architecture. A UK trained architect, Mae set up her own interior design business when she relocated to Hong Kong in 2010, and it was then that she embarked upon her spiritual journey by attending Hindu philosophy classes.
MASE conceptually came to fruition in 2013 during a holiday in Bali, marking the beginning of Mae’s vision of merging various art forms to create an artistic language that can fully express her ideas and beliefs. She conducted experiential workshop, “The Measurement of your Worth” to the community and looking to bring it to the workplaces and schools.

Most of the corporate personal development training help us to master leadership skills, emotional intelligence, time management, team performance and other useful skills for a professional progression. However, there is not usually much attention given for the our inner “self” – are we happy and content with our family, relationships, career? are we living a life with purpose? are we realizing our full potential? This extraordinary and unique workshop helped me to understand how mind, body and inner self connect together and needed achieve wellness and success holistically. I learned several great techniques and exercises which I’ve already adopted into my daily routine. I look forward to the next IYP retreat!
